What is the best face cream with an spf? I have seen tons of face creams for summer this year at local drug stores than before. Has anybody tried any of them? If so, what SPF is good to look for on the package?

Face cream with SPF: reccommendations pls!? i started using Cetaphil about 2 months ago for my combi skin (i also use Benzac for the chin to prevent pimples popping out). My skin has imporved dramatically, i had a pimple that lasted for not even 2 days about 3 weeks ago. I stopped using mosturizer because im just scared my face will start growin' pimples again. Should i use mosturizer or leave it as it is? I've noticed the bit in the middle of my eyes, right above my nose, has a dry & very flaky patch. any advice please? I'M 31 Y.O. BTW

Face creams with SPF and retinol...? OK- I know that retinal, retin A, etc...makes your skin more sensitive to the sun. I used to use an eye cream that had retinol in it- and then separately used a face tanner which contained an SPF- which I would over my entire face each day. I have found an excellent new line of skincare products- they are exceptional and are doing wonders. I had been using a sample of moisturizer (didn't list ingredients)- until today, when I went and purchased the full size. The moisturizer has retinol in it- but it also has SPF 30. So while the retinol is making my skin more sensitive, is the SPF protecting my skin? Note: this is for "daily use". If I am outside for an extended period of time or what-not, I will put on an additional sunscreen. but it's thick and so I don't use it everyday.

I need a good sun cream specifically for face, minimum spf 30, to help with dark pigmentation patches? I get really bad dark pigmentation patches all over my face as soon as the sun makes an appearance. How can I keep my freckles from becoming darker if I'm in the sun every day? face cream applied then i apply a sun cream/block!!!? okay i use a face cream normal mostrising cream then on top i aplly a sun cream that we use for our face and body its called soltan spf 30. i use it all year round i only clean my skin with rose water and water!! my skin is okay is this good as my normal rotuine i like using the sun block because it also gives a fair complexion 2 my skin and it looks healthy shiney etc.

Need face cream for red, dry, ? I have extremely dry and easily reddened skin (it will be red for hours after I cleanse my face). It CANNOT have perfume, or my skin will break out in a rash. I’m 15 years old, have naturally strawberry blonde hair, bright blue eyes, dark eyebrows, pale skin, which is prone to freckling but I wear 50+ spf face cream every day to prevent it as much as possible. I’d like to know how to always look my best, if you wish just answer whichever question you’re interested in. SKIN; I have a good skin care routine, I wash my face every day with cleansers, etc. etc. I put milk on my face at night because apparently that’s healthy for the skin. Are there any other helpful products for the skin you know of? I think I’m going to begin doing a weekly face mask or steam. I have very light freckling which can only be seen either up close, in some photographs or in certain weather. What can I do to get rid of these freckles? It seems that they’re permanent and not caused by the sun, because I protect myself from the sun so well always. I also take Centrum which has every vitamin and mineral you could think of in it, so I think that's healthy for the skin and everything else. HAIR; My face is child-like; chubby cheeks, bright eyes, etc. But my nose is a not a button nose.. it’s not too long, but it isn’t really small either. How to maintain a young looking face? Creams and etc...? Is it okay to use Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion/Cream on the face? On the label, it only says that it's good for your skin. You would think that it includes face. But then there is one that is made specifically for the face, Cetaphil® Daily Facial Moisturizer SPF 15 with. Weird skin bumps. Not pimples, what are they? Ok the picture sucks but I really couldn't get a better one. I've always had super clear skin and I'm now 21, never broken out and I developed a rash-typa thing on my face. It's not pimples for sure but I have no idea what it is or how to get rid of it. They're just reddish bumps. They don't hurt or anything they're just ugly and they're only on one side of my face. Does anyone have any recommendations as to how to get rid of this? I've had it for a few months now and wanna try some home remedies or recommendations before going to a dermatologist. (btw I only use mineral powder, never used foundations or concealer and I moisturize using Neutrogena Healthy Skin face cream with SPF and I use Cetaphil to wash my face.) what Ingredients in cosmetic products should i look out for? I care very much about my health, and I care very much about my looks. Although the two go hand in hand, I still need a certain cosmetics to look and feel my best. The problem is every time I think I found something that is perfect for me, I find out there is a "harmful" ingredient in the product. My whole face skin peels off so flaky&itchy&rash too, no cream can help. What should i do? My skin problem happened a month ago after I ran out of medication as I moved from Thailand to England. I used to apply L.A.G. cream on my face as my Thai doctor told me to. She refused to tell me its chemical name, only said there's lots of ingredients. She told me I had dry skin problem and this medicine'll help reduce the flakes. I was surprised cuz my skin didn't look that bad at all but I believed her and used it. I have no allergy record but my skin is peeling noticeably, worse than before I used the medicine. When i touch it, the flakes fall all over. I also feel the whole face is stretched all the time (the feeling on the face after u wash your face with strong soap). It's also itchy and red all the time. Now, I start having red spots in the same area, too. I didn't use face wash product at all after this occured. I've tried various kinds of moisturisers e.g. water based, gel+cream based, green tea extract, or even those anti-aging with SPF 15. None helped. Pls help!

Hi, I'm 15, I live in Portugal, am very sensitive to the sun, and I wear a sun cream on my face every day that is specifically for face, neck and chest, it says on the bottle: UV Sensitive, Very High 50+ SPF. Face protection cream for sun intolerant skin. Hydrating complex and vitamin E. Advanced UVA and UVB Protection with Photostability. Hydrating and water resistant. I have a few questions: - I wear this every day, I stay out of direct sunlight as often as possible and stay in the shade most of the time, and wear a hat when necessary. Is there anything else I can do to protect my skin from the sun or do you think I'm doing a good job? - What is photostability? - My bottle says '50+', does that mean it's better than 50?

can you use old sun protection cream? my sun face cream is 2 years old? I heard that you should buy new sun cream every year. I have loads now at home (as most stores did the buy one get one free) . I dont want to keep buying them every year. I could not find expiry date or anything on the bottle. I have this sun cream spf 30 and its the best one i have and its not greasy at all. and its virtually full. First application of sun cream isn't to bad but when reapplying through the day it leave my skin feeling horrible and greasy. I hate getting the sun so always use a high spf sun cream. I want to find something that lasts long, leave no horrible feeling on my skin and especially my face. Any ideas? Thanks! x

Best spf for your face? So i'm searching for the best spf for my face ideally i'd like one that lasts all day i've seen that riemann but it's only spf 20 and a piz buin all day long one at spf 30...all these olay/nivea spf lotions/creams only last for a couple of hours and need reapplying despite what people may think, so they're useless to me, i've tried liz earle but it's too thick and again needs reapplying often but i go purple after putting it on! I've tried boots soltan but again i need to reapply it often. A good spf that is high enough and only needs to be worn once?

Will I notice a difference in my skin by using spf 50 everyday? I have just been and bought a children's spf 50 cream with the intention of putting on my face everyday. I read an interview with sjp and she said she had noticed a MASSIVE improvement in her facial skin since starting to use a spf daily. What will the improvement be if any? I am 29 with hardly any wrinkles. Is this stuff a skin Miracle??!!! Many thanks:))) Is it worth it?

What is a good face cleanser & moisturizer for dry skin with dermatitis? Hello all. :) I have a little dermatitis on my face. I went to the mall today & told a person at Lancome that I have dermatitis. I bought some all over face & eyes makeup remover. It's oily & works great for dry skin. I used it and loved it! Now, all I need is a good cleanser & moisturizer. I use Clearasil Daily Face Wash...but I don't feel like it does much for my face because the red spots where my dermatitis is become real noticable after I use it. And I use Olay Complete All day moisture cream with SPF after I wash. I used to use it at night. Until the lady at Lancome told me it's not good to use SPF in the nightime...and especially if i have dermatitis! What is a good face cleanser & moisturizer that you can wear day or night for persons with dry skin (that may flake a little in some areas) and dematitis?

please help me with a good day moisturiser at work with spf and taht will make my skin glow.? Hi, I need a good day cream to wear to work. I have a dry skin so i need good moisturising along with SPF advantages. I just bought nivea Q10 plus day cream but it is a lil too oily for my face and hence it makes me look as i've not washed my face. I need something lighter but not very light as then my skin begins to dry out and somehting that will make my skin glow at work. i don't use foundation. i just want to use a normal day moisturiser. Can I return a cream if I used it once and have an allergy against it? Oh dear, I have used this nice Guerlain face cream for the last year. Today I went to the store, and they sold me the "same" cream, just it was in new packaging. I got home and checked the labels and there is a difference, the one used to have an SPF 12 and this one is SPF 10. I used it tonight and I swear my face and neck reacted allergically to it! What is the right age to start using anti-aging creams? I am 21 and the only sort of special care I take towards my skin besides washing it daily is applying SPF 50 Sunscreen. hydroquinone cream - information please? i was wondering if i should use hydroquinone cream. i have small scars in the form of small dots from using an electrical shaver. the scars are flat and light brown, from a distance my face will look reddish brown because of all the small dots. i want to know if i use hydroquinone cream on my face, would SPF 45 sunblock suffice and if a small bit of the cream got onto the surrounding area of the scar where my skin pigmentation is normal, would the area be bleached and significantly noticable?

good night lotion / cream for sensitive skin? i have sensitive facial skin. the lotion that i use at day is "Eucerin Everyday Protection Face Lotion, SPF 30", and i use it at night for skin care too. however, i heard that i should use a face lotion/cream that is especially made for night use. i bought the face moisture lotion of the brand st. ives a couple weeks before, but i realized i dont really like that smell and have stopped using it after i tried it a couple times. i am just wondering if there is anyone could recommend me good night face lotion/cream that is especially made for sensitive skin and yet has no strong smell. thanks a lot.
