Silk Elements hair care products....?

Does anyone know if this hair care line is safe for a 3 yr old's hair? I am currently using on my daughter's hair and it does wonders for her hair, but her grandmother insists that it might be too strong for her hair and may cause her hair to fall out. I have not seen any harm to her hair but then again I don't know how long it would take. I just want to know one way or the other. Any feedback would be be appreciated.Thanks in advance!
