What is the best face cream?

I live in LA California and I'm 30 years old and I notice I'm starting to get wrinkles so I would like to know which would be the best face cream for wrinkles and dry oily (mix) face? Here in California. I use to put on Clinique Moisturizer but it didn't help.

A fellow youngster fighting the age look before it hits :) I live in Southern California as well and I was using all kinds of products to make sure I did not age...even before I was 25 just to be sure :) lol. Ok seriously.. this stuff is the absolute BEST.
