1. MIKA definitely sounds like Queen, but that's the sound he goes for. in Grace Kelly, he mentions trying to sound like Freddie, as in Freddie Mercury of Queen. and he does a damn good job, he's fab.

3. yes and yes :) but scissor sisters only sounds like early elton john in voice, and mika's voice doesn't sound quite as much like freddie mercury's. i love them all, though!
