My sisters got long really curly hair and wants to shave it all off?

I'd love to have her hair. Why wont she shut up and take care of it. I mean, she wont wear it down and brushes it every other or ever 3 days

1. tell her what you think and if she says something its her hair. go with the fact that she really wants it shorter maybe its hard to take care of. if its long enough tell her to donate it to locks of love or something liek that and maybe you wont feel as bad. tell her to brush it more though. it is very bad for your hair and scalp to not be brushed often
2. Hmmm tell her NO WAY! unless her hair grows like really fast. She will miss it. Especially when it gets cold.
